Meet Emma & Brooke
A PASSIONATE MOTHER-DAUGHTER TEAM DEDICATED TO GUIDING YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY TO BETTER HEALTH AND WELL-BEING.
We both discovered our passion for helping others achieve health and well-being at different stages in life. Navigating today’s health advice can be overwhelming, with so many opinions on what to eat, how to exercise, and how to stay healthy as we age. Add life’s daily demands, and it’s easy to feel lost.
Emma trained as a certified health coach, learning how to empower others to make sustainable, holistic health changes. Brooke, as a qualified personal trainer and physiotherapist, focuses on optimising fitness, wellbeing, and injury prevention.
A key part of our approach is creating a space where you truly feel heard, something rare in today’s busy world. Together, we’ll explore your goals whether it's improving your diet, increasing exercise, or managing stress and develop personalised, achievable steps towards lasting well-being.

Emma's journey into Health Coaching
School was tricky for me, from a young age I would have periods of being ill and off school, never quite getting to the bottom of why and those times through primary school were pretty lonely. Secondary school was a whole different challenge, the sickness got worse, I tried to hide it at school, in pain a lot of the time, tired and lacking in energy.
At the hospital the doctors were baffled, why was I so sick, malnourished and very anaemic? I underwent test after test, my poor mum spent most of her life taking me to hospital appointments. It turned out I had Coeliac Disease, something very easy to treat with diet!
It was by chance that I trained to be a health coach. In a stressful job, losing my dad just before lockdown, my mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease at the same time – which was devastating. The lockdown years happened, and we found a clinical drugs trial which mum was keen to take part in. It was on one of the clinic days, I was sitting reading a magazine whilst Mum had her infusion, and I came across an advert on training to be a health coach! The lightbulb came on and I knew that’s what I wanted to do. I applied and started training a few months later.
I AM NOW A CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH, AND EVERY DAY I DEEPEN MY UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO BEST SUPPORT OTHERS ON THEIR UNIQUE JOURNEY TO OPTIMAL HEALTH.
I want my clients to be able to sustain the goals we work towards, whether it be about weight loss, or reducing stress or simply finding some space in the week for you

The power of listening...
Whilst I was training we were taught all about the power of listening, something everyone is rather bad at if I am honest! To sit and listen to a client is truly magical, it allows the space for you to really think, with no judgement. My reflection back to you will uncover where and how you can create the small changes that will create a big impact on ‘your life’. YOU make the decisions; I will guide you on that journey.
Brooke's journey into Training and Therapy
Hi, I'm Brooke! From a young age, I was fascinated by anatomy, spending hours reading books from my grandma’s collection and watching medical documentaries. This passion led me to study clinical exercise science at Bournemouth University, where I worked alongside chiropractors and developed my skills as a personal trainer and fitness coach. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed creating tailored wellness programs and teaching fitness classes.
Health, exercise, and cooking have always been a big part of my life. For the past decade, my mum and I have shared this love. During the pandemic, I worked as a therapy assistant at my local hospital, all while teaching exercise classes via Zoom to hundreds of people, even reaching as far as Amsterdam. My mum and I also took on the challenge of cooking a new healthy recipe every night for six months!
Eventually, I decided to combine my passion for wellbeing with a desire to support others through life’s different stages. This led me to pursue physiotherapy at St Mary’s University, where I became a qualified physiotherapist. Since then, I’ve worked with people of all ages – from elderly patients to active teens and busy mums – helping them improve their health, recover from injuries, and enjoy exercise.
